Pick a date, tell us who's coming, choose the menus — we cook everything fresh, set up the buffet at your venue, and collect the equipment afterwards. The total price is computed as you choose; an 80% deposit locks your date once the chef confirms availability.

How it works
- 1 · Request your date. Date, guests, venue and menus — you see the full price before you send anything.
- 2 · The chef confirms. We check availability and approve your request — you're not charged anything yet.
- 3 · Deposit locks it in. Pay the 80% deposit by card; your date is then confirmed and reserved for you.
- 4 · Party day. We cook, deliver, set up the buffet and collect the equipment later. The remaining 20% is due on the day.
Food is delivered and set up on your buffet tables (cold on platters, hot in chafing dishes). Service staff during the event isn't included unless separately agreed. All equipment remains Pafos Chef property. Allergen information is available for every menu — mention any allergies in the notes and we'll confirm the final selection with you.
